The Face Shop MasCream Brightening Sheet Mask Review
I picked up this mask from The Face Shop a while ago and thought I would finally try it out. The Face Shop MasCream sheet masks sell for $5, which is a bit more pricey than their regular masks so I had some hopes for this mask.
This mask contains ingredients like black pearl and argan oil to help brighten up a dull complexion. Like the name suggests, this sheet mask contains a thick white cream instead of the general clear essence.
The mask itself fit my face nicely. I have large eyes so I did end up slightly ripping open the eye holes so it's more comfortable to wear. I hate sheet masks that keep slipping off the face but this actually stayed in place! There also wasn't any uncomfortable burning sensation with this mask.
The mask took a while to start drying since it is heavier than usual sheet masks so I left it on for a bit longer. After leaving it on for about 35 minutes, there was a lot of the white cream just sitting on my face, which I massaged in. My face looked and felt really moisturized. Once it soaked in completely, there wasn't much of a sticky residue left. This does feel kind of heavy on skin but since I have dry skin, I don't really mind.

As to the brightening claims, I didn't notice much of a difference. Of course I can't expect instant results but I did have some hopes that my scars would fade just a little bit by the next morning. I did notice though that the redness on my skin completely vanished.
